What our customers say

Our first time ordering from Ana's Bakery! We tried their freshly baked focaccia. It was extremely soft and bouncy. So flavorful and the quality was superb. They handled our order professionally online and the process was so convenient. It's great to have access to high quality breads right here in our community.

If you want to enjoy truly good bread in Manila, you simply can't miss Ana's Bakery. She bakes arguably the best bread and pastries you could wish for. She also delivers orders the same day. It's a blessing to have such a fine baker in the Philippines.

Ordered thrice already and we are still loving everything! My husband and I especially love their rosemary focaccia. Their whole wheat bread and croissants are also worth trying. We also got a bottle of their balsamic vinegar, and wow it's so good! Can't wait for our next order!

Ana's Bakery is a hidden gem! Their home-baked breads and pastries are incredible. The croissants and pain au chocolat are flaky, buttery, and like a taste of Paris. Their focaccia is my absolute favorite – it's perfect on its own or for sandwiches. Highly recommend giving them a try!

Excellent bread made from high quality ingredients. Freshly made in the morning and delivered to my community gate. I have not found bread like this anywhere else in Manila, but I am now lucky to have it in my neighborhood whenever I want it.

First time to try Ana's Bakery and we loved it! The bread was delivered fresh (still hot) and it tastes amazing. She answers messages immediately and was able to deliver the bread on the agreed time. Can't wait to order again!

Storage & reheating

Keep it fresh at home

Loaves

Room temp · 2–3 days
In its original bag, somewhere cool and dry. Let a warm loaf cool fully before slicing.
Freezer · up to 1 month
Slice first, wrap tightly in freezer-safe wrap/bag, and toast straight from frozen.
Reheat
Mist a whole loaf with water, 175°C for 8–10 min.

Skip the fridge: it dries bread out faster.

Focaccia

Room temp · 1–2 days
In its original bag. Arrived warm? Enjoy it now, or let it cool uncovered.
Fridge · 2–5 days
For topped focaccia (like tomato or cheese), keep in an airtight container or fridge-safe bag.
Freezer · up to 1 month
Slice first, then wrap tightly in freezer-safe packaging.
Reheat
175°C for 3–5 min, or a pan for 2 min per side.

Pastries

Room temp · up to 2 days
In a box, paper bag or airtight container, away from heat.
Freezer · up to 1 week
Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and place in a freezer-safe bag/container. Freezing keeps the layers far better than the fridge.
Reheat
150°C for 3–5 min to bring back the flaky layers.

Let it rest 1 minute after reheating for the best crunch.
